Summer is here. Time to defrost. Great ways to thaw include Ultimate Frisbee, grilling, relaxing with friends, and studying Colossians at Matthews Park. Yes, summers are beautiful in the Twin Cities. Don’t miss it.
This summer join Campus Outreach Minneapolis, the college ministry of Bethlehem Baptist Church, each Thursday night from May 17th to mid-August for our “Summer COW” Bible study (COW stands for Campus Outreach Weekly). We meet at Matthews Park, near the home of Ken Currie (Bethlehem’s Pastor of College Ministry) Thursday nights at 6:00 PM for fun, 7:00 PM for food and 7:30 PM for a filling from Colossians.
Also, come join us for the Saturday night church service at Bethlehem. During the summer, we worship together with the congregation at the 5:30 p.m. service downtown on Saturday nights and then enjoy some hang time afterwards.
TNT (Tuesday Night Teaching) begins at the end of May and goes through early August. We will take a little deeper look into the Bible at the Christian life during this time. With topics such as Prayer, Worship, Evanglism, Bible Study, etc.
For more information, call Jim at (612) 455-3449.
If you need help with directions call Charlie at (864) 580-8061.

To everyone who is interested.
There are new links to the right for resources to talks given on Tuesday nights and other stuff. Enjoy.
Tuesday Night 7 PM – Charlie Brooks will be leading us in the theology and practical/applications of PRAYER (meeting is in the basement at Bethlehem Baptist downtown campus).
We will now meet in the basement of the church, room 52, for our Tuesday Night Teaching time.
We are planning on doing something this summer for the Fourth, so stay tuned. Any ideas from out there?
Friends, I want to make this blog as useful as I can and not write the same thing over and over each week. So I need some help from all of you, anyone who is checking this. Please comment to this post, or send an email to me at richard.lee.martin.iii@gmail.com, and simply tell me what you would like to see on this blog. Stories from the summer, events (what are some events you would like), updates from the ministry, links to web articles, news, anything honestly. Like I said, I want to make this as useful to anyone who reads this, even if this is your first time here, just write me something quick, it will be beneficial. Last summer, we wrote posts on the weekly events, but that usually turns out to mention Tuesday nights, Thursday nights and Saturday nights, and that is about it, so let's do something more this summer.
I added some info to the right. New schedules for who is teaching Tuesday and Thursday nights. As well as a link to the verses that we will be studying together this summer. Join along and study these daily verses and become an "expert" on the book of Colossians.
After the service, we are hanging out at Michael Delahunt's Open House. Anyone is welcome. Here are directions from the church:
